Kate was the biggest disappointment that I have ever experienced with a wedding planner. In our meetings during the months before the wedding, she said she “would take care of everything”, but she chose to wait until the week of the wedding to harass us and all of our vendors. She caused nothing but frazzle and chaos. We kept hoping that she would rise to the occasion and be helpful on the wedding day, but yet another huge disappointment. She constantly undermined vendors and none of them liked working with her (many of them told us so). Despite Kate’s rudeness and incompetence throughout the whole process, my wedding was wonderful thanks to efforts from family members, friends, and excellent vendors.
