I hired Brian Casella of Vivid Events in Brookfield to provide sound, lighting and pipe & drape services for my 2019 Fairytale Ball 50th Birthday Celebration. My event was complicated due to extensive choreography and a multitude of performances. Brian and his team worked seamlessly with all my vendors and provided timely, courteous and professional service. What I appreciated most was the fact that he communicated with my staff, managed rehearsals, and installed his equipment independent of my attention - no micromanagement necessary! He had the initiative to troubleshoot and problem solve preventing unanticipated issues from becoming my problem. He was able to satisfy last minute requests for more materials and he and his staff were vested in the outcome of the event. Vivid Events is perfectly capable of servicing high-end, large-scale, over-the-top events. I recommend without hesitation.
