Singer/Songwriter Peter Miles has assembled a group of top-flight musicians with years of experience working together in Vermont and throughout New England to make a truly fabulous band. We are a six-piece group with the harmonies of three lead vocalists, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboard and a great Horn section. This band has a lively, bold, exhilarating sound! Four or Five-piece arrangements are also available for smaller events. The MILES Band performs a wide range of musical styles; from jazz standards and vintage folk to classic Funk, Soul, Rock & Roll, Reggae and Contemporary hits. The band is able and willing to learn new music by request.
Miles sings and plays guitar. Sean McLoughlin and Tim Thrasher play drums and bass respectively, and both also sing! Steve Sonntag on trumpet, percussion and backing vocals, John Scherer on tenor sax and Zack Cross joins us on keyboards. Audiences of all ages and tastes find themselves up & dancing to The MILES Band!
