Bios
Glen : (Guitar, Vocals) Glen Kuykendall originally based in Northern Virginia has been playing music professionally for over 30 years. Glen is currently endorsed by both Fender and Gretsch musical instruments, has shared the stage with such guitar greats as Robin Trower, Richie Blackmore, and Tommy Emmanuel, and also currently performs as lead guitarist with Country/Cajun star Eddy Raven. Glen has performed many times on the Grand Ole Opry (including the Ryman stage) and has toured throughout the USA, Canada, and overseas. Glen's style ranges from Bluegrass, Blues, Country, Pop, Jazz, Rock, and Hard Rock and in addition to live performing he stays quite busy with studio session work and private music lessons.
JR : (Vocals) JR Ottow is originally from South Bend, Indiana and has been singing for as long as she can remember. She has performed for the University of Notre Dame as well as for the Mayor of her hometown. JR received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication / Public Relations from Indiana University. During her college years, JR spent most of her time with two very popular local bands, Straightaway (from Plymouth, IN) and Vyagra Falls (from South Bend/Granger, IN).
Upon completion of college, JR came to Nashville. She has worked with Beverly Ross (songwriter for Elvis Presley and most famous for her hit, "Lollipop"). Having sung backup for the band, "All Worked Up" , JR has opened up for JoDee Messina on a USO Tour in California and continues to fill-in.
JR has been performing with many local corporate bands since she arrived in 2005. She has had the opportunity to perform at such prestigious venues as well as many other large corporate events. In addition to her Bachelor's Degree, JR graduated from Trevecca University with a Master's Degree in Education.
Jon : (Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards) Originally from Indiana, Jon now makes his home in Nashville, TN. His debut album entitled Second Look, was released by an independent label and scored two top ten singles on the International Airplay charts. He penned the theme music for the syndicated t.v. show, Inside Music Row. He has also sang for television commercials and childrens programs. Jon has played countless shows locally and nationally, with many of the top performance and studio musicians in Nashville. Jon continues to write and record his own songs, while keeping a busy performance schedule with STRETTA, which he helped co-found.
Raybo : (Drums) Has been playing the drums since age 7 and professionally since age 16. After graduating from Five Towns College in New York, Ray studied with jazz drummer Charles Perry and studio greats Joe Franco (Twisted Sister), Rod Morgestein (Dixie Dregs and Winger) and Kenny Aronoff (John Mellencamp). Ray soon became a full time musician and played the northeast club circuit while playing local studio sessions. Since moving to Nashville, Ray has played with several local country and rock bands and is the co-founder of STRETTA. Ray is the driving force that keeps the bands schedule filled.
Casey: (Bass, Vocals) Casey has been playing bass for almost 20 years. He grew up in Birmingham, Al and participated in every musical adventure he could while spending his time there. While attending college at Belmont University majoring in Commercial Bass performance he participated in rock ensemble, Bass ensemble, Orchestra, the country ensemble South Bound, and an array of different original musical projects. For the past two years Casey has been the bassist for the Peter Moon Band covering all genres from the 60s on. Casey is now the bass player and back up vocalist for Nashville's ultimate party band Stretta.
Brad(Sax, Guitar, Vocals) Hailing from the cotton fields of West TN and the home of rockabilly, Jackson, TN, Brad now calls Nashville home. Brad has performed as a vocalist, guitar player, and saxophonist for the US Army for the past 14 years, as well as performing with numerous other musical acts.
