Hi I'm Jason member/owner of String and Sound. A resounding howdy from the rest of the gang as well!!! Jose, Molly, and Zac.
String and Sound is a creative collective. We're made up of like minded musicians/singer songwriters with a passion for excellence, and a knack for inspirational expression. String and Sound provides a host of live music options from elegant ceremony music to tasteful reception tunes, in combination with our award winning DJ services.
Customization is our creed! We want to play the songs you've always dreamed of having for your special day. Whether it be your processional, or your first dance song, If we don't know it, we will learn it!! Our DJ/MC style keeps the dance floor packed, while leaving room for requests or the occasional live slow dance song here and there. Want something really unique?? Let us write you an original song based on your love story. We'll play your song at the wedding, and record a professional copy for you to keep, and share with family and friends. Who knows, maybe someone famous will pick it up and your story will be sung all over the world. Hey anythings possible!!!!
When we're not performing weddings, you can catch the String and Sound members running Open Mic nights at local pubs, in our studio producing original works, cheering on our favorite sports teams, or teaching music lessons to kids in our communities.
