Confirm delivery, setup, collection, damage deposits, and whether photo booth packages include an attendant and digital copies.
Start with an inventory of what the venue already provides. Check dimensions, quantities and access before choosing furniture, tableware or a photo booth. For booths, look beyond the backdrop to camera quality, lighting and how guests receive their pictures.
Ask who unloads, assembles and removes each item. Compare hire periods, collection windows and charges for loss or damage. Your venue may need everything removed that night, which can change staffing and transport costs.
Some packages include one; others are self-operated. Ask who handles setup, technical issues, supplies and guest instructions throughout the booking.
Request a quote with delivery, installation, collection and any access charges shown separately. Stairs, long carrying distances and late collection may affect the price.
Confirm how files are delivered, how long galleries stay available and what guests are told about image sharing. Ask about print limits if physical copies are included.
Prices are starting estimates. Confirm packages and availability with each vendor.
