I love weddings! In it’s simplest form, a wedding is a ceremony, and a celebration. It’s a day you’ve chosen with the one you love to say, “Today, we declare our love among the most important people in our lives, and it’s good.”
So, where do I come in? I’m a wedding photographer and the way I understand my role on a wedding day brings me extreme joy, and great significance. My role is to document this day. And here’s where it gets exciting! You’re wedding photos help you remember. They are not just for in 10, 25, and 50 years from now. They are for tomorrow, and 2 weeks from now, and every day. I believe wedding photos are powerful and meaningful and are meant to be part of your life on a daily basis. Why though? To keep your promise in front of you!
The most powerful images I have are from my wedding, and of my family. Keeping these images in front of me help me daily remember what’s most important to me. They help me remember why I do what I do. They bring me joy. The remind me of how blessed I am, and I love being able to do that for my clients.
