So……… who’s Bobbi?

One blessed creative soul, with a career that I love in an industry I am passionate about! You know the old adage, “do what you love + love what you do”? I have the privilege of capturing the chapters of BBP couples stories & I LOVE LOVE LOVE telling those stories through my lens. Have I mentioned I love what I do? I believe in living a life of gratitude & that being kind and of service to others is what we are tasked to do. When I add in daily bike rides on the beach, capturing life as I see it with a mix of treasured friendships, sweet tea, BBQ, my fur baby Hana & of course, SEC football I have the ingredients for one FABBO blessed life!!!

Based in St. Simons Island, Ga, (happy to travel where ever your love story is being told) where Spanish moss, and golden sunsets shares the spotlight with our BBPbrides and sweet tea and OFF, the perfume of the south is served at every wedding! I’m affectionately known as ‘BB’ & recognized as a top photographic artist & mentor in the wedding industry. My gift for telling stories authentically through photos began 30+ years ago & that passion continues today. It fills my heart to be highly sought after by discerning brides, grooms & wedding professionals from coast to coast, talk about a grateful heart!!

Those in the know, i.e. wedding blogs and magazines everywhere, say that you should ask your photographer about their style! Personally, I think you should see their style through their work and be emotionally drawn to it, hearing the enthusiasm they have for this craft and their passion for weddings, that combination, along with their experience should make a connection between you---you'll know they should be trusted to tell your story! That said… BBP couples appreciate my candid, storytelling approach, capturing the who, what and where in photos that embrace the why. My experience and love of photography allow me to know where & when to be so I can capture real moments that happen naturally, telling the story of your day as it unfolds authentically. BBP brides comment when they look at their photos "we didn't know Bobbi was there, she let us be a part of our day, to be in the moment so we could celebrate with our guests and we can now relive these real moments through our photos & album". Because I believe in the power of photography and because I am the historian for your day, it’s a priority for me to gather everyone for family portraits as well as those creatively posed artsy images. It's so important to me that the memories I capture from this chapter of your story are a collection of real moments that include your guests along with your details and decor. Your wedding photos will become your first family heirlooms. They will become more priceless as your story continues.

With hundreds of weddings in front of my camera, I often become the calm voice of reason and step in when needed to take away wedding day stress with my fabbo sense of humor! {By now, you’ve noticed I have that…..right?} I’m pretty laid back, yet focused on being one of your biggest fans! I approach weddings as I do my life—with gratitude, kindness and encouragement. I try to keep it simple, authentic, not sweating the small speed bumps, evolving, moving forward, and always, ALWAYS keeping true to the story that I have the honor to witness and tell! It's been said that being a part of the #BBPbride tribe is priceless, I would invite you to find out for yourself and to welcome you to the tribe that is the BBP family. Oprah always has things she knows for sure, right? One thing I know for sure is that I never take for granted the souls of those I’m privileged to have in front of my lens.
