I love photography, and I love weddings. I love first dances, heartfelt toasts, and first looks. I love making my clients feel confident and comfortable, and when clients become friends. But most of all, I love LOVE. So for me, having the honor of capturing all the moments of a couple's special day is a privilege that I wouldn't trade for anything.
I would definitely describe my style as "photojournalism." I love capturing the raw, authentic emotions that come with a wedding. In my experience, the photos that couples tend to love the most are the candid, in the moment shots, so I like to shoot the majority of the wedding that way!
I enjoy making my subjects feel comfortable in front of the camera. I have spent time on the other side of the camera, and know how weird it can be to have a big camera all up in your face. I love having the responsibility of helping to make people feel relaxed and at ease so they are able to be themselves when they are having their photo taken.
