My name is Whitney, and attribute my love of photography to watching my grandpa take pictures of our family growing up. When people ask how long I've been a photographer, I always think back to the moment that he put that camera in my hands. I joke that I shot my first wedding was when I was 10. My aunt and uncle luckily hired a more experienced photographer that Valentine's Day, but I was there too with my camera, cueing them on poses and taking the best pictures a 10 year old can offer.
I have the unique privilege of getting to spend the weeks lead up and following your wedding with my sister. Meredith is my detail guru. We know that you have spend so much time, You have or will be spending months and months planning out each flower, napkin, arrangement, every piece of jewelry and beautiful item that will make your wedding unique to you. When your big day arrives, chances are you will be so focused on the goal (marrying your best friend), that you may overlook those aspects of your day...and that is where I come in.
On your wedding day, my sister Whitney and I work as a team to tell your love story. Along with the details, I will also be capturing moments from a different perspective, giving you a well-rounded story of your day. We all love the bridal entry down the isle, but two photographers means we will also catch the teary-eyed groom waiting for his bride.
We are a sister team who have spent the past ten years educating ourselves through classes, internships, and countless hours of practice to make sure we get just the right angles, lighting, and focus needed to give you amazing memories. We come to every wedding as a team to capture various angles, groups, and the details you spent so much time and money arranging. We have an extensive collection of equiptment for variety and back-ups to ensure we do not miss a moment of your beautiful day. After the wedding, we are skilled in post-production editing with top of the line software, to produce an end result you will always treasure.
