I started this business because I truly had fun planning my own wedding. I would honestly do it all over again if I could. I’m not sure many brides would say that. I feel that your wedding should be fun and stress free. It should be a time that you enjoy with friends and family. So that is what I want to help brides do.
Everything I know I learned from my mother. Growing up my parents owned a restaurant and catering company so I was always behind the scenes watching what was going on. I always remember my mother saying “presentation is everything” and I couldn’t agree more. Whether it be a family dinner or a holiday party, my mother always made it seem special.
I graduated with honors from Penn State University with a bachelors in Marketing & Management. Even though I was working full time in finance I was always planning parties & events for friends & family. Then when I planned my own wedding it got me thinking that this is something that I really love to do. So in 2013 I decided to put all my energy into & start my own event planning business. I completed an online course in event planning at the U.S. Career Institute & have been having fun ever since!
