This is the statement from Orange Leaf Media’s website “WE DON'T JUST MAKE VIDEOS. WE MAKE MEMORIES.” This is definitely true if you desire both a BAD VIDEO & BAD MEMORIES. My sister got married at the end of June. For her wedding present, I paid the downpayment for the videographer. We hired Orange Leaf Media since they came highly recommended & had wonderful reviews. I cannot imagine how they developed this great reputation after the experience we had. My sister’s wedding was on June 30th. The highlight video did not arrive until mid December. However, the highlight video was beautifully done and we were thrilled (even though it had taken them over 5 months to put it together). The main wedding video arrived soon after and we had a viewing party on Christmas Day. It was the most RIDICULOUS video and represented very POOR QUALITY. There were no names, titles, or dates. No fancy transitions between cuts, just black screens. No music except for the DJ in the background. Some of the highlights of the wedding day (such as my father seeing my sister for the first time) were totally left out. What is so confusing is that the highlight video had all of this but the main video did not. I’m not sure who is allowing this astonishing level of MEDIOCRE WORK to be sent to customers. P.S. They were contacted promptly the next day and promised to call...we have yet to hear from them. Hopefully this review will get their attention and we will finally get a video worth the $2500 that we spent.
