As I study the footage of some recent projects that I have done, I realize why I love Film so much. The deep breath of a bride that is finally face to face with the love of her life, the wink of a confident groom as he is talking with his new bride, the gentle, but passionate, kiss of a couple that just exchanged vows, these are things that only video can capture. I absolutely love these moments. Photography captures and freezes a moment in time, but video engages and brings you into an atmosphere of a situation.
I have filmed a mother reading a beautiful letter to her unborn daughter, a grandfather to his grandchild and a heartbroken dad eulogizing his daughter and in all those, I can say that video really does bring the emotion of the situation to the viewer. For those who cannot make the event, it really is the next best thing.
My passion for Film started with my love for Photography. I have been a photographer for over 20 years and have really enjoyed capturing moments in time. I was asked by a friend who knew I had a very creative eye to film a special event for him It was in filming this event that I knew I had to do films.
