Credit Card Return Policy: A $150 retainer is required to secure your event date, and is non-refundable. Refunds on payments toward the balance of contractual agreements to Mx2 Event Design may be requested, refund penalties apply exponentially for cancellations within 90 days from your event date. Refunds on deposits to 3rd party Vendors are subject to Vendor policies and procedures, and are detailed in all contracts between Clients and Mx2 Event Design.
