We hired Paul for our wedding in July 2019. We really liked his style and also his initial professionalism and confidence in his work so much so that we even referred him to friends for their wedding. On the wedding day, he was on time and just very pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the same after the wedding day. We received our videos 3 months after his promised delivery date and throughout this time, his communication was very limited. He was not very responsive, so much so that I feared that he had lost our files. I would have fully understand if he has communicated better and not left us in the dark. We did thankfully receive our videos and although we were happy with most of it, we requested some minor edits which is allowed based on our contract terms and asked him if he had the raw files he could share. We requested those edits 8 months ago and since then he has not yet responded back to say if he can make those edits. Our wedding video was one of the most important factors and it would have been worth paying a lot more money to avoid any headaches. I would like to emphasize that his work is great (which is why I hate to write this review) but our experience fell short in other areas.
