Your wedding budget planner
A wedding budget you can see clearly. Compare estimates with agreed costs and keep the next payment in view.
Build your budget from real quotes
Agree on an overall amount you are comfortable spending before dividing it into categories. Choose your priorities together, then collect quotes for the same guest count, date and level of service. This planner starts blank: there is no universal price or percentage that fits every wedding.
Put early estimates under Planned amount. Once a quote is agreed, enter its complete cost, including known taxes, service charges, travel and extras. Keep some room for changes rather than treating every unallocated amount as already available to spend.
Read a payment schedule without counting twice
For an agreed cost of 2,000 and a deposit of 500, record 2,000 as the agreed cost and 500 as the deposit required. When you pay that deposit, enter 500 under Paid to date. The remaining balance is 1,500. When the final payment is made, Paid to date becomes 2,000.
Changing currency changes the labels, not the amounts. Enter all costs in one currency. Agreed costs replace estimates; deposits are part of the cost and paid total, not an additional charge.

Questions that make quotes easier to compare
- Which services, hours and quantities are included?
- Are delivery, setup, collection, tax and service charges included?
- What changes with the final guest count?
- When are each payment and the final confirmation due?
Your questions, answered
What does Expected total mean?
It uses the agreed cost for each item where entered, and otherwise uses the planned amount. An agreed cost of zero is treated as zero, not as a missing quote.
Does changing currency convert my budget?
No. It only changes how amounts are displayed. Enter all your figures in one chosen currency, using your own conversion when necessary.
How do I back up my budget?
Export a CSV for a spreadsheet or print a PDF. The tool saves in this browser only; clearing browser storage or using another device will not retain your entries.
