Your wedding-day timeline
Start with your ceremony time, then make the schedule your own. Share a clear plan with the people helping your day happen.
Start with the fixed moments
Confirm venue access, ceremony time, meal service, supplier coverage and the venue’s finish time first. Work backwards with hair and makeup, transport and photography to decide when getting ready should begin. Leave real space for travel, gathering people and a quiet moment together.
The example below includes a first look before the ceremony. You can move portraits after the ceremony, change durations, remove events or add cultural traditions. Ask your suppliers to review the final schedule; this tool cannot know your venue layout or how long your ceremony will take.
Changing the ceremony anchor shifts every event by the same amount. Edit individual start times and durations below. This is an example schedule, not a required order.

Make the timeline useful for your team
Add a person responsible and an exact meeting place to the notes for important moments. Give a copy to your venue, planner, photographer, entertainment team and the person coordinating family groups. Highlight changes when you send a new version.
For outdoor photos, agree on timing and a wet-weather alternative with your photographer. Check travel between locations using your actual transport plans. A finish time after midnight is shown as the next day so your evening does not appear to restart.

What happens when I change the ceremony anchor?
Every event shifts by the same amount while its relative position and duration stay the same. You can still change any event’s individual start time.
Are overlapping events always a problem?
No. Guests may enjoy drinks while you take photos. The warning asks you to check whether the same people, location or equipment are required by both events.
Can I share an editable version?
Export CSV to work with the schedule in a spreadsheet, or print a PDF for your team. This browser-saved timeline is not a shared live document.
